Standard Bank Building Insurance - ****************

Standard Bank building Insurance is an absolutely nightmare. After complaining to them about damages on my caused by a natural force (storm), they blatantly claim it's maintenance related. The assessors they use clearly has no understanding of a natural cause vs maintenance. How can a roof that has gone through extreme maintenance under 3 months costing me a hefty amount be classified as maintenance. No matter what you claim for they always have a story about maintenance. This is absolutely absurd. I've called in several times requesting to dispute their decision to decline my claims. The agent promised to email me the documents to date nothing has been done. Their service is absolutely pathetic. I want my Standard Bank building Insurance cancelled as I NO longer wish to part with my hard earned money when I receive no assistance from them. I would rather seek the assistance of another INSURANCE company who will value my business.
