Standard Bank building insurance claim unpaid from April 2022.
Claim Number 22/139625 I'm waiting to get paid from the last flooding we had in April 2022. I received payout agreement and I signed acceptance and still waiting to get paid out. Nobody at the claims Department know what they are doing. Every time I enquire about payment, they seem confused or clueless. Can anyone help me, please.

Kindly note I have looked into the matter, liaised with the claims department and they have advised home loans is attending to the payment. It’s not sitting by our claims team as it’s a complex matter.
@Miya, Beatrice B will provide an update on the payment as soon as she receives updates from home loans.
