Standard bank building insurance
You do not get through to them, you cannot get a call back. I have loaded my claim incident on the website twice and no claims reflect on my profile. every time I call I am 42nd, or 35th in the queue. How is this possible. I am moving my building insurance immediately. I cannot say that I am impressed at all.

11 Jan 2023, 10:54Policy no HLB*** ID *** - now been waiting on a call for 15 minutes listening to the same mind numbing music. I have NEVER received a policy document from Standard bank, the address listed on the web profile is incorrect - this is absolutely shocking service for an institution the size of Standard bank. I should have listened to the "nay-sayers"

11 Jan 2023, 11:36So after 1 hour of waiting I have now managed to get hold of a consultant, only to find out that they have details of mine loaded, that are 5 years old, how they got details of 5 years ago when last year is the only time I have ever dealt with standard bank blows my mind? this is the first time I have had an account, bond and insurance with Standard bank?? Who gave them those details????? mind is blown!!
