Standard Bank Building Insurance

Standard Bank insurance useless and pathetic service received from one of the biggest banks in SA. Recently had 2 claims rejected for my shower that's leaking which there partners came to check an both of them gave different statements of wat the problem is which is pathetic, and what is Standard Banks response poor maintenance probably their best sentence they use to send to their clients. I was told by the plumber that my outlet pipe is leaking causing the leak in my shower and I have to rebuild my shower but the bank won't pay as they don't cover an outlet pipe but how the he'll can you maintain something that's build under ground that you can't reach on a daily and basis to maintain, I then got n builder in to do an assessment which they advise its not the outlet or waste pipe like they say it is something totally different which made me realize they only there to take your money at the end of the month but not there to really assist there clients when we need them so assist in a urgent matter. Please never make use of Standard Banks building insurance or any of there insurance as they will never come to the party to assist you as a client they just want your money.
