Standard bank bond insurance

I am livid with Standard bank home insurance. I have in total sent them 7emails and 1 phone call. I wanted a simple reply to my request that was 1. What is the value of my property on their records. 2. What were my claims in the last 5 years. Today I get a reply, yay, until I open the two emails from them. 1 email is my policy and 2 nd email is something about Road Cover. REALLY. You are a bunch of *********** idiots. I pay over R700 per month for insurance, have never in the 12 years faulted on 1 payment yet you cannot answer a simple question after 7 emails. I am hoping mad. I demand from management calls me and has the decency to answer my original request. Mrs O Fernandes. ***
