Standard Bank Bad Service Strikes Again
Our geyser burst on the 3rd December 2018, we put in a claim and set all required documents through. Last communication I had with consultant at Standard Bank Insurance is was the 5th December where I submitted required documents and then further asked if they required any more information, since then I have been e-mail and calling several people and call centers, with either no response to my e-mail or being put through to several "wrong' department and being cut off. I am tired of trying to get an answer and don't know what else to do.

06 May 2019, 11:31I received an email from Khan on the 26/4/19, which unfortunately was listed in my spam folder, once I actually saw it I rep**** to him on the 2/5/19 asking for all documents to be sent through to me that they require me to sign as well as a list of anything further they need from me, I have not received a reply as yet or any further communication.
I re-email today the 6/5/19 again requesting the documents, so again we will have to sit and wait I suppose.
