The service @StandardBankZA is **** their claims department is *********** you can't even get through to their call center been holding for 27 min waiting to speak to their consultants my airtime is even finished ??? when you send an email you only get automated responses. This is with regards to the funeral cover claim we lodged on the 22nd of July and my grandfather will be laid to rest this coming Saturday ????. That time my aunt insured my grandfather with Capitec and they paid within 24hrs.
