Standard Bank BAD BAD service!!!!!

Bad, Bad experience once again. Once agin Standard Bank found some loophole not to deal with my home security system damage due to a power surge after municipality power failures. Now they don't regard it as a home fixture, whilst Auto and General does not regard it as home content. After more that 35 years of paying them this is how they treat their clients. Pathetic Pathetic Pathetic! I think now is a good yime to change and move all my accounts and stop this useless policy!
