I initially took out a vehicle maintenance plan with standard bank and canceled the next day . My account has now being debited yet I have no policy. I cancelled it. Terrible services . I want my refund

15 Nov 2023, 05:52I contacted my bank and got the debit order reversed. I called them again and I got an sms stating the policy is cancelled. This morning I get an sms to say my debit order was unsuccessful. Of course it's unsuccessful since I cancelled the policy. They will call a hundred times to make the sale but won't even respond to an email when you have queries or cancelations.
