Standard bank avoiding pay out on claims

We have took out home structural insurance with Standard bank in 2021 , the aircon broke and according to the technician it can not be fixed must be replaced, according to this excuse of a insurance this a wear and tear... *** ... standard bank insurance is always looking for ways not to pay out claims... please do not insure with standard bank insurance. they ripping people off ... the want your money but doesn't want to serve you . this bad . making billions by just taking our premiums.
