Standard bank at its worst

More then 2 months down the line, roof still not fixed. Wide open gap in my garage. Wet walls. Damage to personal belongings in garage. Although a email was sent from Standard bank stating that they will contact me soon, no contact was made. Nothing. It seems ppl are being treated according to skin color and creed by Standard bank home insurance.
