Standard Bank are Pathetic with there Customer Service

On the 23rd of this Month i wrote a review about my Structural Insurance that were cancelled without my authorisation and without notifying me.I received a response on Sunday from Mohamed Khan stating that Home Loans Department requested the policy to be cancelled. No Longer Required the Reason are Unknown.The Mail also informed me that the Complaint will now be closed from there side.How do you close a Complaint and the problem were not solved Number 1 Who Cancelled the policy Number 2 What are the reason Number 3 No Consultant ever contacted me to cancell it states i were Consulted Number 4 I Contacted Home Loans Yeaterday There are no note on the system about cancelation.Please Sort this out its becoming pathetic.And in the Future i want to be Contacted about how this issue will be resolved
