Standard Bank are *********** when it comes to insurance claims

Just like to now of anyone also get promises from Standard Bank homeloans claims department that they will call you back within two hours then days later you still wait for and phonecall....I see the claims e-mail address is also incorrect and they do not receive the mails send which was placed in their app...and message just come back telling that the mail could not be delivered....Just shows you how competant and that after I informed them se few times that the address on the app is incorrect.....just like to warn everyone not to consider such bad service...
