STANDARD BANK AND CONTRACTORS USELESS!!!

We had our geyser replaced by Standard Bank over a month ago,the new replacement geyser was the same literage however the geyser has a larger diameter(way bigger),the contractors who came to conduct the replacement had to cut a larger hole in our ceiling to get the geyser into the ceiling throught the trap door.(All good and well geyser is working perfect) but now there is a huge hole in the ceiling of which needs to be repaired,There has been other contractors who came out to conduct measurements for the repair but to date no feedback no repair has been done this is now going for 2 weeks since that assessment

Our trap door has a contact on it that is linked to our alarm and armed response we have to continue bypassing this zone to activate the alarm,god forbid someone tries to break in from the roof.

The issue here is that Standard Bank is not chasing their contractors to get the job done...or they just dont care.
