Standard BANK always tries to get out of paying when you pay insurance

We had cables and neutral ****** and when the power came back it blew the gate motor and aircon. Standard Bank have that an exclusion. I am absolutely shocked that this is not covered. This policy was mailed to me and the agent did not go through it with me on the phone. I am disgusted!!
