See below...….Still waiting to be contacted as per below response from Standard Bank......Extremely Bad Service

Very Bad Service I am a client with Standard Bank since 2016 having a cheque account which I manage extremely well. Due to Covid-19 and the negative financial impact I am left with, I contacted the bank for an overdraft and was decline. Reason being slow payer on my Edgars account, which I paid up recently.

Credit Manager reason I cannot get help because what if the same happens to the bank as with Edgars.

This is totally unacceptable reasoning based on the facts that my financial situation will look better within the next three months.

This leaves me with no other alternative but to remove myself from Standard Bank as this is not TCF and standard bank not caring about their clients in times of need but looking into the past...….

I am extremely disappointed in the service and treatment of this huge organization and it's management team.

I thank you all for the negative feedback and not going the extra mile for your clients
