standard bank 1life insurance

<p>I cancelled my policy with Standard Bank insurance initially on the 7th of April, this was a difficult task as i was requested for various information constantly, eventually the policy was cancelled. I then received a letter in the post stating that i had taken out a new policy with Standard Bank, which was not the case, i again contacted them and was told no additional policies are on my name. I have had amount deducted from my account now for the last three months and i have requested the refund and the cancellation of this policy which i never entered into with no joy!</p> <p>I have sent numerous emails and requests and constantly told the funds will be returned and that the policy is cancelled however this has still not been done?!</p>
