Standard Banj funeral cover

I regret taking a funeral cover with Standard Bank. I submitted a claim on Thursday and when I went to their offices on Friday, I was told to submit a Notice of Death, which I did. I have been calling for the last three days and I’m told that the assessor will call me. It is way past the 48 hours that they claim they pay in. I am definitely cancelling all the other policies that I have with them. They are clearly unreliable:
