Standar Bank Insurance Premioums *******

I havwe just found out that my life assurance policy with Standard Bank fpor my home loan does not cover dread disease. My bond was around R****. My monthly payments were R12500pm, that means R150K per year. My premium with Standard Bank was R5500pm and is now over R6000pm. If I calculate at R5500 that is R66 000py. So effectiveley over ten years (I'v had it much longer than that) Ivepaid around R660K in life assuramnce premiums, but thanls to those same premioums, my bond balance has actually increased. Mt BIL has teh same cover with ABSA for R2Kpm and his policy is loaded fpor smoking, asmtha and drinklng. Now that I am over 60 and facing a medical pension I cannot get ciover amnywhere so thank you Standard Bank Insuramnce for ensuring that I will never be able to pay my bond off. Only light is that I will pass away ob=ne day and the policy should pay the bond, but who knows? Consieruing teh ******* on premiums , its likely they will find some excuse not to pay the policy anyway
