Standand Bank insurance are the worst of all

I had a claim for a geyser .I received an sms from Standard Bank, that said 0.00 excess..and yet I had to pay the electrical company R2192 to come and do the job I am sending this email just to inform everyone that they are the worst insurance company I have ever dealt with, as they don't cover at all, they are just taking peoples money and try and cover as little as possible, whilst the ordinary hard working individual covers everything else..They are absolutely abhorrent as an insurance. I will be getting an i surance that insures honestly and with integrity.I will advise everyone that ask me or read this not to consider Standard Bank as a building insurer
