Standaard Bank insurance are *******!!!!

I have damage to my pool, logged a claim with standard bank with regards to the fixing of my pool, the claim was reported 2 months ago,

Up to date i have had no support or call from anybody at standard bank!! I have a medical condition and need my pool for therapy and Phiso, i have made numerous calls to them and being promised that they will phone Me back but nobody does!!!

They are quick to take you premiers on a house that is Bank valuable of R700000 but the insurance it for R3 500 000.00 and then when needed assistance the dont do anything

Would recommend everyone to cancel their insurance as quickly as possible becauce they are just *****ing from You!!!
