Stamdard Bank is dead!!!!

Standand Bank Insurance, I dont have words to describe how terrible you are!!!! NON EXISTENCE!!!!! Claim submitted on 19-April, contractors came out to quote. Then Stamdard Bank assessor came out to my property on 11-May I've **** several call with no success. Inthen emailed on 23-May and got feedback via email the following day, saying they wait for the report from their internal assessor. And that was the last. I've emailed them again SIX times with NO FEEDBACK! Nothing, dead! Even trying to call the team leader and manager, NOTHING!

This is pathetic and the worst customer service EVER!!!!
