I have never seen such incompetence from a company as std bank

I put a request in to find out if my life policy on my bond acc covers critical illness as my wife was diagnosed with cancer 2 weeks ago..and these *********** undereducated overpaid illiterate staff..send me a request of her death certificate...the incompetence is unbelievable...I really hope u loose your job over this...

I wish I can't take my bond account away from these clowns..but I am stuck with this ****
