Srandard bank insurance service is so bad!!

I logged a call on monday for leak detection. Until i phoned the plumbers myself i was not aware of status. The plumbers told me they told std bank insurance they do not have a leak detector and they must send someone else. 3rd day now and i have emailed insurance. No response. Not even a courtesy call update!! SRANDARD BANK ONCE AFAIN YOUR SERVICE IS GOING DOWNWARDS FAST!!!!
