Spectacular failures in Brokerage!!

The Standard Insurance Brokers are a bunch of unhelpful people who have 5 days as their TAT for query resolutions. They are not responsive on the emails, and on the phone no one seem to be responsible for anything. I requested cancellation of Credit Life policy with them in August 2021, to this day is not cancelled despite giving them proof of new insurance cover.
