Spam e-mails from Standard Bank Insurance

Standard Bank Insurance keeps sending me e-mails yet I am not aware of any accounts/policies I have with them. I queried this with them and provided my details and they cannot provide an answer. It seems I need to continue receiving spam e-mails from them as they unable to rectify!
