Some Feedback Please....

Trying to get feedback on a claim has been such a pain. It's been almost 2 months since I submitted a claim. Assessors came out a month ago and it's been crickets since. I have followed up for 3 weeks and each time they are following up on the approver. No feedback, no response, just me wondering why I should keep them as my service provider. Really disappointing service, especially after I followed up. Where is the service recovery? Or do you not care?
