Solar geyser claim

This is the worst insurance that I ever dealt with in my life, a solar geyser claim was lodged in May and still not sorted. The insurer is hiding behind legislature. the first claim was settled in 2017, this was just a small amount and it was settled with no issues, now on the same geyser there is a bigger problem and the insurer claims non-compliance. This is totally unprofessional.
