SMAM ARTISTS

I am insured with Liberty short term insurance an underwriter of Standard Bank. This insurance is so terrible. I called on the 7th of September 2020 to cancel my insurance. I was told they will be debiting for the last time on the 25th of September. As far as I understand, insurance is paid upfront and they won't be insuring me for October so why debit? They are just a bunch of ****** who won't accept that I want to change insurance. The consultant is just clueless and claims their insurance doesn't pay upfront, ***? Bunch of ******
