Simpler Better Faster - a slogan to send you somewhere else

This insurance company is a no go for anyone who needs home owners insurance. Four (4) months ago my geyser burst, fortunately the geyser was attended to promptly BUT the real problems started after the insurance company's negligence resulted in a broken bath. The call center is a pain to deal with, waiting on the line for 40 minutes plus, apparently due to 'high call volumes' (I think this if true, is due to their incompetance) don't even try to get a call back as their system prompts, it simply doesn't work. 4 months and I still don't have the problem caused by Standard Bank resolved - I have been way too patient with them, now I unfortunately must take the legal route to get them to repair what their negligence caused.
