Simple Instruction Cant Be Done

<p>Been trying for a month and a half to cancel my building insurance, spoke to consulatnat on phone and no reason for this not be done, apparently "just a button" needs to be pushed all is in order.</p> <p> </p> <p>Been emailing back and forth with Phumla Slaffa on Home Loans Insurance department, absoultely useless to deal with!</p>
