SIL Insurance App none functional

I downloaded the Standard Bank Insurance App & received an OTP but evertyime I insert the OTP it does not accept it, I did it like 10 times & everytime it does not accept the OTP in order for the open up. It's soooo frustrating.

Gonna have to wait forever & a day to get assistance.
