SIL: Bad service and poor communications

I have never had such bad service in my life. My house has an undetectable leak and my insurance took me from pillar to post. So unhelpful, bad communication, and lack of empathy. I am thinking of cancelling my sub and finding a new insurer. I'm disgusted!
