SIL are changing details without permission & not advising of increases

Just received an sms notifying me of the monthly Debit Order. The R's have increased & yet again SIL didn't communicate the increase & have yet to forward me a corrected policy which they changed without my permission & this has been communicated to them several times, however they apparently refuse to correct or most likely they don't know how & simply don't care.
