Significant rise in Home Loan insurance.

I have been awaiting a response from Standard Bank Homeloans insurance regarding the issues with my homeloan. The insurance premium increased from R1600 per month in 2022 to R3500 the subsequent month. I have yet to receive any clarification on this matter and am still waiting for the refund. I spoke with a consultant who assured me they would investigate the reason for this unusual charge; however, I have not received any feedback since that conversation.
