SHS*** - Rejected my Claim because Crime Scene told us Dust and the Bank Electrical Fault
This Letter Serves As a for Immediate Closure, didn’t attempt to claim any money, you are cancelled, because of you I wasted two weeks without a TV, I don’t ever want to use your services again,
Another thing your assessor has opened my TV, parts are laying around, don’t send any person to my house again.
I WILL Never you your service again,
There was no electrical damage, you can pay that Assessor all my money
And Please can you use a BEEE company " Crime Scene" they are un professional that assessor said that dust damaged our TV, only to write a report saying electrical damage, what is true

08 Apr 2021, 11:46Kindly Note you need to start with the Assessor " Some Crime Scene CleanUp" , i WANT to know and he spoke in front of my wife the TV was damaged by Dust, but writes a report that the tv had an electrical surge, i don't agree with this, who is right, and he left the TV opened without fully closing telling us we will have to salvage it, and we will only get R3000, i suggest you sort this problem out, there's nothing to investigate from my side
