ShockinService yet again from Standard Bank

I have been a client of a standard Bank for well over 25 years now and their house insurance department is absolutely shocking! I have only ever once claimed for a geyser that packed up, and the company that they used were terrible. They made such a mess and a week later the geyser packed up!! I have tried to claim for my roof which was leaking and one or two other claims to no avail. I lodged a claim last week for them to come and inspect my leaking roof and not one person has come back to me and then they send me an amazing to rate them and the company that came out to inspect!!! I am sick of their bad attitude and their shocking service it is totally unacceptable!
