Shockingly poor service!

I had a geyser burst early hours of Sunday morning, and am still awaiting a response. I’ve tried calling multiple times, the call menu doesn’t work properly, does not accept my selections, so no choice but to wait on the line for an agent while the same recorded message plays over and over again. The mobile app also doesn’t work properly, options don’t load at all. I eventually submitted a claim on the web site, to which I received a confirmation sms, however nothing since. Absolutely pathetic.
