Shockingly poor service

Most likely the worst service I have received from any service provider ever. Have registered a claim for my pool pump over a month ago without any success or even acknowledgement. I've been told they have no service providers to assist with claim after which I submitted quote from my own provider. Upon following up my call is either being cut or I'm being told they don't have service providers despite the fact that they can se I have submitted my own. The condition of my pool is now ten times worse than when I started this process and will cost me a lot more to fix. Shockingly poor service
