Shockingly Pathetic!!!

Absolutely Shocking and beyond useless is an understatement for Standard Bank car insurance. After taking a whole month to send me a policy after many phonecalls I told them to cancel, and after two months they never got back to me, and the money is going out of my account??? Pay me back my money or I will gladly sue your useless bank as I have every email and phonecall proof to inform of cancellation, but yet it takes months to get a reply. Absolutely Shocking is an understatement!!!!
