Shocking Std Bank Service

This is to report NO CUSTOMER SERVICE from Std Bank Ins Brokers Ltd.<br> A While back a claim was instituted. The work done was shocking and after complaints and photos was supposed to be rectified (Claim no available if required)<br> As the work then done was still inferior I refused to sign off on the work and told the contractors that it was the responsibility of the assessor and Std Bank to check the work as they had instructed them and also that I am not a builder. After querying with him, the assessor told me that he had NOT signed off the 'work' either.<br> I have contacted Std Bank Insurance (who state that their calls are recorded so checking facts should be easy)<br> on 10/02/2016 promised to get back to me- not yet done<br> 17/02/2016 promised to get back to me- not yet done<br> 23/02/2016 promised to get back to me- not yet done Names are available if requested<br> Their service is non existent, .promises not kept, and the checking on 'completed work' absent.
