SHOCKING SERVICE FROM STANDARD BANK - TIRED OF CHASING THEM AND GETTING NOWHERE

<p>My claim no 16/057051 has been in since 14th July 2016. I have REPEATEDLY phoned to see progress of claim, have been repeatedly assured that it is being dealt with but NOTHING IS HAPPENING. I get assured each time that someone will contact me - NO-ONE EVER DOES. Std bank had allocated contractors to do repairs, these contractors NEVER got the go ahead to purchase building materials. Eventually STD bank said they would put the funds into my account so that I can get my security wall and electric fence repaired. STILL NOTHING!!!! I phoned again today and was assured someone would contact me today urgently - NO SUPRISE .... NO PHONE CALL!!! I get no reference numbers for all my calls other than told to make a note of date and time..... for what???? No one bothers! Trying to get hold of someone in charge is proving futile! This is my security we are dealing with here and no-one is bothered! PLEASE WILL SOMEONE CONTACT ME AND HELP SORT THIS NONSENSE OUT!!! </p>
