SHOCKING service from Standard Bank Insurance

Lodged a claim on 5 May 2025, today is 2 June 2025. Have to lick their backsides to get feedback. Not once did they offer feedback, I have to follow up. 5 days ago they promised feedback - zip nada nothing. I will be cancelling and going elsewhere, where clients are respected and treated well.
