Shocking service and ignoring emails

So tired of disgusting service for both house insurance and car insurance but very quick to take premiums and tell you to pay excess. Emails completely ignored. Even emails sent by Standard Bank branch manager ignored. 4 months and...still nothing. Time to change insurance and banks. All round disgusting service. House still not repaired Standard Bank insurance just don't care. Moving on....disgusted
