Shocking Service !!

So I've been trying to claim for a mirror from standard bank for the past 3 weeks and the service has been absolutely shocking. I have never experienced such incompetence and lack of empathy from a service provider who Debits my account monthly without fail and yet so shockingly out of their depth as far as processing of claims is concerned.

The kicker was when the consultant told me that as Standard bank insurance they have 6 months to resolve the claim from when it was registered.
