SHOCKING SERVICE!!!!

Wanting to put in a claim for a geyser. Held on yesterday 1 x 45 minutes, 2 x 20 minutes and today 1 x 20 minutes. Claim high call volumes. Contacted Standard Bank Home Loans. They said they would get somebody to contact me, nothing! Contacted via Facebook and Twitter, still nothing. SHOCKING SERVICE!!!!! Unfortunately ran out of air time.
