SHOCKING SERVICE!!

I am beyond shocked at the service that Standard bank insurance brokers offers. I signed up for a vehicle insurance with standard bank which was due to commence on the 25th of November. On the 29th of November I realised that the premiums were not deducted. I then went through to Standard bank who advised me that they are going to do an investigation and I will be contacted before close of business day. I did not receive any feed back, then I called again on the 30th, and was told I will be contacted again, but no word from them. Then on the 1st of December I contacted them again and was advised that my policy was cancelled due to premiums not received which came as a shock as I had enough funds on my account. I then asked the supervisor to check the banking details, and we picked up that there was an error made to my banking details. What is shocking is that they just decided to cancel the policy without contacting me!! Now I have asked them to reinstate the policy, and this time they decide to increase the premiums, and are charging me a pro rata rate!!!
