Shocking Service

So nearly 2 weeks later after i started the process of trying to get a simple policy letter i have yet to be helped. 7 calls to the call centre as well as facebook posts and Facebook messages promising to call me you have yet to solve my query let alone respond to me as promised in your Facebook Post. 1 word pathetic. your customer service sucks as well as your attitude. totally disgusted with your institution.
