Shocking service

<p>I was involved in a traffic accident on 21 January 2017. I was stopped at a red traffic light. The driver in the car behind me drove straight into the back on my vehicle. He was very apologetic. He was fully insured through Santam which are notorious for prompt settlement of claims.</p> <p>I still await the refund on the excess that I paid to the panel beaters (R2000) appointed by SBIB on instruction from SBIB and it is now 4 MONTHS LATER!!! I have followed up with SBIB on numerous occassions and they have not responded once to my emails. This is completely unacceptable!</p> <p> </p>
