Shocking service

<p>I was in a car accident a week ago. </p> <p>I am insured with standard bank. The call center makes you wait for at least 20mins before they answer. </p> <p>I am now trying to get an update on on my claim. </p> <p>No answer I am just kept on hold. </p> <p>I don't think that standard bank understands that this is people's lives that they are dealing with. </p> <p>It's completely unacceptable. </p>
